Welcome to Tewkesbury’s gym and tonic with our fabulous lakeside location at croft farm.

Established in 1994, Gym & Tonic Health and Fitness Club is situated just 2 miles north of Tewkesbury in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside.

What other Gym in Tewkesbury can you train outside, run around a lake, then lift some weights in the gym? We pride ourselves on not just selling a gym membership but an opportunity to experience the fun of exercise.
