The club has been estabilished for 13 years and is still going strong. It is a family affair with son Chris recently qualifying as a level 2 instructor and joining dad, Jeff in the gym.

Fees can be spread over the year with twelve monthly payments by standing order or paid upfront for a discount and our 'one-off' joining fee is only £40.

Circuits are free to members non members can take part at £4.00 a circuit or £6.00 for both sessions.
