Welcome to Novembers newsletter. It's wet and windy out there, more of a reason to get in the gym and warm up to save putting on the central heating.
Fireworks night went off with a bang, the weather held up until just after the display, which was awesome as the whole show was done electronically this year to music. Everyone then headed inside to listen to the Bad Back Band and boogied and drank the night away with pig roast and burgers and hot dogs aplenty.

An amazing £3700 was raised for the County Air Ambulance, beating last years £3200 so thank you everyone who attended and I hope you all had a good night.
Anyone who missed the show not to worry we will be doing it bigger and better next year as always.

Exercise of the month:
Leg Raise on the bench


Lower abdominal exercise. lie on the bench grab the bench or you can sit on your hands to make it easier. Legs together start with legs just of the floor then slowly raise them up to vertical then slowly lower back down without touching the ground . Start with 10 reps then build up to 20.
