
Welcome to Aprils Newsletter. Well done everyone for making the effort throughout March to burn all those calories. Now try and continue working hard through April. The nights are getting lighter and sun is getting brighter we have had some good weather last few weeks (let’s hope for a nice summer). Make sure you have a good all round cardio and weights workout to burn calories speed up your metabolism and get you looking trim for summer.
To help with this take part in this months fat loss challenge, weigh in and get a fat percentage reading at the beginning of the month. Work hard in the gym during April then weigh in and get another fat percentage reading at the end of the month. Winner is greatest fat percentage loss. Ask us for great fat burning tips.

Exercise of the
month: Gym Ball Back Raise
Lie on the ball
face down. Place feet up against the wall for stability.
Arms can be placed crossed onto shoulders.
Slowly raise
your back to a comfortable position, then return in a slow
controlled motion.
Start with 10
reps and add to each workout.
