Established in
1994, with its lakeside location, Gym & Tonic Health
and Fitness Club is situated just 2 miles north of
Tewkesbury in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside.
At Gym and
Tonic we pride
ourselves in our personal approach to each membership, we
provide a friendly environment where members can have a
safe, effective and enjoyable time whilst they exercise.
As
a new member to Gym and Tonic we will ask you
your goals from exercise and then specifically design a
programme to help you achieve them, whether it be to
increase fitness, weight loss, training for a race or
general toning we can guide you into a healthy lifestyle.
Once we have
designed your personal training programme we then show you
how to use all the machines safely and correctly and take
you through your workout. At Gym and Tonic we will guide
you round the gym as many times as you require until you
are completely happy setting up the machines and following
your personal training programme, then offer continuos
support throughout your membership. so whether you are new
to a gym or a regular gym user we will be able to fulfill
your workout needs in a friendly atmosphere.
