Monday 8am till 7:30pm Circuits 7:30 till 8:30
Tuesday 7am till 8:30pm
Wednesday 7am till 8:30pm
Thursday 7am till 8:30pm
Friday 8am till 8pm
Saturday 10am till 1pm Circuits 9am till 10am
Sunday 8am till 1pm
Circuits are free to members non members can take part at £4.00 a circuit or £6.00 for both sessions.
