Do your bit for charity by signing up for the run. Choice of 1, 3 or 6 miles which can be done running, walking, 3 legged, dressed up or however you wish to complete it.

Refer a friend or family member to the Club and if they sign up for the year receive a bottle of Champagne from us to say thanks. The good news is you can refer as many family and friends to the club as you like and receive a bottle of bubbly for each sign up. You will then become a premier member and get you photo on the wall of fame.

Great leg toning exercise that also works the lower back. Try to do all the work with your legs and just use your arms to steady you.
